Refund and Exchange

ABOUT EXCHANGES

All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for exchange.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Before exchanging a garment, please make sure:

 

  • Items are in perfect condition.

  • Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag(s) and seal(s) still attached.

  • All products that come in their own box, must be returned in their original, undamaged box as this is considered part of the product.

  • Items should be returned with their dust bag as this is considered part of the product.

  • When returning by mail, please make sure to return the item and its corresponding box inside another solid carton box to not damage the original packaging.

  • HOSEU (HUESO) reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

ABOUT REFUND

All returns that are shipped back within the 7-day time period or returned in store will be refunded to the original form of payment ONLY if the items are faulty.

Full refund is available within 7 days of purchase.

RETURNING AN ITEM

1. Request a refund/exchange by emailing hola@hoseu-hueso.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Please include your full name, reason for return, order number and which item/s you would like to refund/exchange.

3. Once your refund/exchange has been approved you will receive a confirmation email.

4. You must send the item, within 10 days, to be exchanged/refunded back to us using a valid tracking number. If we do not receive the item, no refund or exchange will be processed.

5. Once we have received your item we will notify you and process your exchange/refund within 14 business days.
